Let are kids walk!
FunnyIn my home state of Texas, high school kids are required to pass their TAKS (Texas Assesment of Knowledge and Skill.... I think!) in order to graduate. In Ft. Worth today, some parents were protesting the fact that their kids did not pass the TAKS test, and therefor were not allowed to walk the stage to receive their diplomas in the upcoming graduation ceremony, even though they had completed their class requirements with passing grades.
In the picture below, you will find a fine example of the fruits of our education system, supporting her beloved scholar with a sign "LET ARE KIDS WALK!". Any bets on why she had free time in the middle to the day to stand around holding sign?
